*Building Update*

The building is currently undergoing external remedial works to replace cladding. Therefore, the building is wrapped in scaffold and protective sheeting - because of this, all views from the apartments are affected and balconies are not in use. Due to the works involved, it is expected to hear some external noise between Monday-Friday 0900-1600hrs whilst contractors are onsite. Works are expected to be completed by end of July 2025.

Centrium is a private residential development situated between Victoria Way and Station Approach, with its main entrance on Station Approach. This prominent, nautical-themed structure is centrally located in Woking Town, with all local amenities just a five-minute walk away and the railway station a brief two-minute walk. Due to its central positioning, there might be some ambient noise from the surroundings.

Inside, Centrium offers a gym free of charge for for residents’ , Users are expected to operate the equipment at their own risk and should familiarise themselves with the gym equipment’s usage instructions before exercising. Please note that no personal instruction or supervision is available and children are not allowed in the gym.

Additionally, Centrium features around-the-clock onsite security and maintains restricted entry, ensuring access is limited to residents only.

There is no reception service available in the building.
