Hospitality Package

A generous complimentary welcome & household pack will be available in your apartment prior to arrival as part of our Hospitality Services package. Please note this package is not replenished and guests are not expected to replace any item used.
 
Complimentary Welcome Pack
The pack includes: tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits, jam, marmalade, honey, tomato and brown sauce, salt, pepper & olive oil
 
Complimentary Household Welcome Pack       
This pack includes: toilet roll, shampoo and body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash, (SES and Paraben free) vanity pack, face cloths, slippers, tissues, J-cloth, pan scourer, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing capsules, washing-up liquid, protective gloves, dustbin bags, food waste bags, kitchen roll and cling film

Our welcome packs are not restocked but are available to purchase if replenishment is required. 

We also offer a Breakfast/Dinner package and can have this delivered for you prior to arrival.

Breakfast Welcome Pack
This is available for £40.00 GBP and includes: cereal, yoghurt, bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, bacon & orange juice. (food item preferences can be altered at no extra cost)

Dinner Welcome Pack
This is available for £60.00 GBP for two servings and includes: Soup, bread rolls, main & desert plus a bottle of wine to the value of £7. (variations can be arranged)
 
Grocery Shopping Service
Some guests prefer to order a grocery delivery service online from one of the main supermarkets.  We are happy to assist with this by meeting the delivery driver at the property and packing your groceries away for you. Our call out fee is £30.00. Please liaise with us before ordering.
 
Housekeeping & Maintenance
Our properties receive a pre-arrival inspection ahead of guests arrival as well as regular maintenance checks. The properties are serviced once weekly for every 7 nights booked and receive both cleaning and replenishment of linens and towels. For guests staying for longer periods, we can tailor our cleaning service to meet your requirements as an additional service.
 
Should a maintenance issue arise during your stay, our Guest Services team will attend to this for you. Please contact us to report any issue that arises.
