The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is the leading industry body which measures and compares the quality of serviced apartments. ASAP is a not for-profit association who represent Serviced Apartment Operators in the UK. Since they were established in 2002, ASAP have grown quickly and now represent over 189 members in over 17 countries. 

Being a member of ASAP, Oakdale Serviced Apartments are committed to delivering the highest possible standards in all our serviced properties and are confirmed as meeting all the core and compulsory requirements of the Quality Programme including compliance with legal, health & safety requirements and industry best practice so you can be confident that all pre-set standards of quality have been achieved.

ISAAP (International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process) has enabled ASAP to deliver on its aim by providing a suite of quality-driven recognition awards. These provide a significant differentiator for the provider of serviced accommodation against competitors who have not achieved the awards. They provide the consumer or corporate buyer with the assurance that standards of health, safety, security and quality have been achieved and that customer duty of care is assured.
