The double bedrooms are generous in size with an ensuite shower room off the master and balcony access from the guest bedroom. There is a separate family size bathroom with shower over bath and a separate utility cupboard with full size washer/dryer. Parking is guaranteed for one car (height restrictions apply) in a designated space and is located in a secure underground carpark.
The apartment is set within a modern complex accessed via a pedestrian piazza in the centre of Woking town. Conveniently located for both Tesco Express grocery store, an ATM and within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and railway station.
