*Building Update*
The building is currently undergoing external remedial works to replace cladding. This means the building is wrapped in scaffold and protective sheeting - because of this, all views from the apartments are affected and balconies are not in use. Contractors are onsite Monday-Friday between 0900-1600hrs and some external noise is expected somewhere within the building during these times.
The Rose Suite is a light and bright apartment located on the 6th floor of a 14 floor building with views of the Surrey Hills beyond.
On the ground floor is a residential gym that is available for guest use. The Security team are based in the main foyer providing 24/7 security.
There is no reception service available in the building.
