We take a balanced, reasonable and practical approach to the natural environment and do what we can where possible.
Our office is reducing the volume of paper we use and recycle whatever we can. Our aim is to be paperless.
We provide food waste recycling bins in all our apartments and provide guests with details of what can and cannot be recycled. Within all our developments are recycling bins. We try and limit single use plastic where hygienically possible.
We limit our inclusive laundry service to once weekly this not only reduces our carbon footprint but also reduces water and chemical usage. Guests also have the option of being fully self contained with spare linen and towels provided.

Either a ramp or one step access is required to enter buildings. All apartments are above ground floor level with both lift and stair access. Apartments with balconies will require a step over the threshold to access. Internally, all rooms are on one level. En-suite showers are in a cubicle which will require a step over to access and do not have hand rails. Main bathrooms all have a shower over bath. At this present time, we are unable to provide adaptations for the hearing impaired or materials in Braille. We can provide large print for most of our written material on request.

An in-house apartment device provides our property guide, safety info and development information as well as third party services including food/grocery services. Future purchases can also been arranged through our device such as booking extensions, additional housekeeping etc.
All Windows have locks for child-safety compliant with current regulations
Non-slip bath mats provided where needed
Heated towel rails in all bathrooms, some of which can be hot to the touch
Non-feather pillows and duvets on all beds
Airports – Heathrow is the closest, followed by Gatwick.
